桥涵工程对我国经济发展意义重大,但项目设计及建设受不良地质影响较大。钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术能够有效提高桩体承载力。本文以安达跨牵出线特大桥工程为例,首先介绍后压浆技术提高桩体承载力的机理,进而阐述灌注桩后压浆施工工艺流程和预埋注浆管道制作工艺、注浆管的预埋布置及注浆施工顺序等关键施工要点,并给出此工程试桩数据,验证后压浆施工技术对提高桩体承载力的有效性,为后压浆技术在今后桥梁工程建设中的应用提供参考。
Bridge and culvert construction is of great significance to the economic development of our country, but the design and construction of the project are greatly affected by the adverse geology.
