目的:研究蒙古苍耳草的化学成分。方法:运用多种色谱技术分离蒙古苍耳草中的化学成分,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从蒙古苍耳地上部分分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:菠叶素(1)、花旗松素(2)、芦丁(3)、槲皮素(4)、1β,5β-环氧-8-表苍耳亭(5)、rel-2α,6α-dimethyltetracyclo-decal-3-en-2,12-diol-8α,13-olide(6)、11,13-二羟基苍耳亭(7)、苍耳亭(8)、熊果酸(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、豆甾醇(11)、胡萝卜苷(12)。结论:其中,化合物1、2、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~3、5~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Komodo in Mongolia. Methods: The chemical constituents of Kom., Japonica, were isolated by a variety of chromatographic techniques. Their chemical structures were identified based on spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Mongolian cocklebur. The compounds were identified as spinosad (1), taxifolin (2), rutin (3), quercetin (4), 1β, (5), rel-2α, 6α-dimethyltetracyclo-decal-3-en-2,12-diol-8α, 13-olide (8), ursolic acid (9), β-sitosterol (10), stigmasterol (11), daucosterol (12). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2 and 6 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1 ~ 3,5 ~ 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
