人本管理,顾名思义,是指以人为本的管理模式,这是一种全新的、被大家普遍接受的管理理念,这种管理理念对倡导德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的素质教育的贯彻和实行具有非凡意义。因此把以人为本的管理模式应用在教育管理中是再合适不过的。而职业高中的学生大多是成绩较差,中考落榜的学生,这些学生中,多数是处于一种缺乏关爱,缺少沟通的环境中,再加上社会上长期以来对职业高中的偏见,职业高中的学生们比普通高中的学生们背负着更大的压力,更多的不解,他们渴望爱,渴望理解,渴望被尊重,因此在职业高中实行以人为本的管理理念,是极其有意义,是十分有必要的。班主任是一个班级的领导者,组织者,在营造班级的学习氛围,构建班级的和谐环境,调动学生的积极性,激发学生的思维,开发学生的潜能,促进学生的全面发展过程中扮演着举足轻重的角色。本文结合职业高中的学生们存在的问题,分析了人本管理在职业高中班主任工作中的应用。
