利用D-氨基半乳糖造成大鼠急性肝损伤的模型,对白首乌的提取物——氨基酸、多糖的肝细胞保护作用进行了实验研究。结果表明它们不但能提高肝损大鼠的存活率和降低血清胆红素和转氨酶的作用,而且能显著提高肝细胞酶的生物活性。
Using D-galactosamine as a model for acute hepatic injury in rats, the hepatocellular protective effects of amino acids and polysaccharides extracted from P. bracteatum were studied experimentally. The results showed that they could not only increase the survival rate of rats with hepatic damage and reduce the effects of serum bilirubin and transaminase, but also significantly increase the bioactivity of liver cell enzymes.
