用辗环机加工无缝环件是十分有效的方法,具有许多优良的工艺特性,目前在工业领域中得到越来越广泛的应用。但由于环件轧制具有非对称、非线性、时变、非稳态等特点,使得轧制过程非常复杂,增加了检测控制的难度。为了满足生产要求,作者研制开发了以工业控制计算机为核心的控制系统和工艺软件,二者均为模块化开放式结构,亦可用于其他热锻设备和铸造生产线。
It is a very effective method to process the seamless ring with a ring-rolling machine, which has many excellent process characteristics and is now more and more widely used in the industrial field. However, due to asymmetric ring rolling, non-linear, time-varying, non-steady-state and other characteristics, making the rolling process is very complicated, increasing the difficulty of testing and control. In order to meet the production requirements, the author has developed a control system and process software with an industrial control computer as the core. Both are modular and open structures and can also be used for other hot forging equipment and casting production lines.
