作为创新人才培养的重要基地和高层次人才集聚的战略高地,多年来,我国高校按照国家的战略部署,瞄准国家的战略需求,不拘一格,多渠道、多方位出击,走出了一条吸引海外人才和智力,加快人才国际化步伐的战略之路。教育部副部长章新胜曾在中美富布赖特项目25周年纪念大会上指出,超过60%的大学校长和科研单位领导都有过出国留学经历,在科研、教师队伍中,这个比例更大。这一简单的数字,也许就是中国高校人才国际化最基本的诠释。
