目的:采用Box-Behnken设计方法,研究了毛蕊铁线莲(lasiandra)总皂苷的超声提取工艺。方法:采用超声提取法,以乙醇体积分数、料液比和超声时间为主要影响因子,以总皂苷含量为评价指标进行Box-Behnken试验设计,考察最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为23倍量72%的乙醇,提取3次,每次提取54min。结论:Box-Behnken设计结合响应面分析法可以很好地对毛蕊铁线莲总皂苷提取工艺进行优化。
OBJECTIVE: To study the ultrasonic extraction process of total saponins from lasiandra by Box-Behnken design. Methods: Ultrasonic extraction was used to determine the optimal extraction process. The effects of ethanol volume fraction, solid-to-liquid ratio and ultrasonic time were the main factors. The total saponin content was used as the evaluation index for the Box-Behnken design. Results: The best extraction process was 23 times the amount of 72% ethanol, extracted three times, each extraction 54min. Conclusion: The Box-Behnken design combined with response surface methodology can be used to optimize the extraction of total saponins from Clematis maculata.
