2000年11月2日,河南河务局邀请解放军信息工程大学冷建华教授作了“信息技术的现状与发展”的学术报告。来自河南局机关及局属驻郑单位的100多人参加了报告会。讲座从计算机技术、internet 应用、互联网应用、GPS应用技术、电话通讯技术、机器人应用技术、信息技术在军事作战方面的应用、信息技术在地震、火灾、防洪减灾方面的应用等,对信息技术的现状进行了回顾,并展望了21世纪信息技术的发展前景。通过这次报告,与会全体同志对信息技术在社会和经济发展方面的巨大作用有了深入的了解,对广大职工进行一次较为生动的科技知识普及和宣传,增强了职工的“科技”意识。
On November 2, 2000, Henan River Affairs Bureau invited Professor Leng Jianhua from the Information Engineering University of PLA to make an academic report entitled “Status and Development of Information Technology”.
