我厂为提高机床导轨的耐磨性,对钒钛合金耐磨铸铁进行试验,钒和钛的含量均在0.1~0.3%。一般采用的过氧化氢比色测定钒和钛的方法,由于钒、钛互相干扰,因此不能应用。二苯胺比色法虽然灵敏度较高,但不易掌握。钒盐与磷酸、钨酸钠生成磷钨钒杂多酸,溶液呈黄色,可用异丁醇萃取。根据文献介绍在目视比色的基础上,我们进行了条件试验和补充,钛不干扰钒的测定。并使用一份试样溶液用变色酸钠比色法进行钛的测定。

According to the literature on visual colorimetric basis, we conducted a conditional test and supplement, titanium does not interfere with the determination of vanadium. A sample solution was used for the determination of titanium using sodium bicarbonate colorimetric method.
