随着钢模板应用面积的扩大,脱模剂的使用与消耗量也日益增加。脱模剂性能的好坏直接影响到钢模板的使用寿命和混凝土表面的美观,以及下一工序能否粘结牢固的问题。一、脱模剂有以下几种类型1. 油脂型脱模剂:如机油、煤油石蜡、地板蜡、妥尔油等。2. 水质型脱模剂:如肥皂水(皂脚)、纸浆废液、107胶滑石粉液、海藻酸钠混合液等。3. 乳化液型脱模剂;如D-l型脱模剂T_m乳化液(油)、LT-02型乳化液(油)、KD-C型乳化液(油)等。4. 树脂型脱模剂;如甲基硅树脂等。5. 其它型脱模剂:如喷塑料膜、涂橡胶膜等。以上1~3项属一次型脱模剂,4~5项为多次型(长效型)脱模剂。

The quality of the release agent directly affects the service life of the steel formwork and the appearance of the concrete surface, and whether the next process can be bonded firmly. First, the release agent has the following types 1. Oil-type release agent: such as oil, kerosene paraffin, floor wax, tall oil and so on. 2. Water quality release agent: such as soapy water (soap), pulp waste, 107 gel talcum powder, sodium alginate mixture. 3. Emulsion release agent; such as D-l release agent T_m emulsion (oil), LT-02 emulsion (oil), KD-C emulsion (oil) and so on. 4. Resin type release agent; such as methyl silicone resin. 5. Other types of release agent: such as spray plastic film, rubber coating and so on. The above 1 to 3 items are primary mold release agents, and 4 to 5 items are multiple-type (long-acting) mold release agents.
