The long-brewed “Defense Review Report of the US Department of Defense for the past four years” is the first “Overall Strategic Planning Document” of the military security announced by the Bush Administration after the “9.11” terrorist incident. The report is mainly focused on four key objectives, even if allies and AIAs believe in the stability of the purpose of the United States and believe that the United States is capable of fulfilling its security commitments; and discourage the host countries from engaging in those that may threaten the United States.
