采用过醋酸环氧化双环戊二烯法合成了特种环氧树脂二氧化双环戊二烯。探讨了双环戊二烯规格,H2O2浓度及与醋酸的配比,环氧化温度及中和水洗条件对产物性能的影响。结果表明,采用50%的H2O2,醋酸与H2O2的物质的量比为2∶1,反应温度(35±5)℃,搅拌3 h制得的过醋酸浓度为20%~24%。采用熔点20℃以上的双环戊二烯为原料,其与过醋酸物质的量比为1∶2.2,环氧化温度(35±5)℃制得的二氧化双环戊二烯收率稳定在80%左右,密度1.330 g/cm3,熔点184℃以上,环氧值1.22。
A special epoxy resin, dicyclopentadiene, was synthesized by epoxidation of dicyclopentadiene. The effects of dicyclopentadiene specifications, H2O2 concentration, acetic acid ratio, epoxidation temperature and neutralization washing conditions on the product performance were discussed. The results showed that the concentration of peracetic acid was 20% ~ 24% with 2: 1 ratio of acetic acid to H2O2 using 50% H2O2, reaction temperature 35 ± 5 ℃ and stirring for 3 h. The dicyclopentadiene dioxide with the melting point above 20 ℃ is used as raw material, the yield of dicyclopentadiene dioxide is about 80% % Or so, a density of 1.330 g / cm3, a melting point of 184 ℃ or more, the epoxy value of 1.22.
