张峻德,1947年出生,原籍河北曲阳。中国美术家协会会员,内蒙古美术家协会副主席,内蒙古中国画院副院长,内蒙古师范大学美术学院教授、硕士研究生导师。1968年毕业于内蒙古师范大学美术系。1983年结业于中央美院卢沉人物画研究生进修班。张峻德的画作笔墨精到,神形兼备。特别是他画的山羊在中国画坛独树一帜,有很强的原创性,已形成独特的个人风格和笔墨语言。他具有很强的综合绘画能力,人物、动物、花鸟、山水皆精,书法也有独到之处。作品入选第六、七、八届全国美展。发表作品近百幅,并多次在北京瀚海拍卖行拍卖,也曾多次在国内外举办画展。出版有个人画集《张峻德水墨人物画》。
Zhang Junde, born in 1947, is native of Quyang, Hebei. A member of Chinese Artists Association, a vice chairman of Inner Mongolia Artists Association, a vice president of Inner Mongolia Chinese Painting Academy, a professor of Fine Arts College of Inner Mongolia Normal University and a master tutor. 1968 graduated from Inner Mongolia Normal University Art Department. In 1983 graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts Lu Shen figure graduate training class. Zhang Junde’s paintings are fine brushwork and deities. In particular, the goat he drew is unique in Chinese painting circles, has a strong originality, has formed a unique personal style and pen and ink language. He has a strong ability of comprehensive painting, figures, animals, flowers and birds, landscapes are fine, calligraphy is also unique. Works selected sixth, seven, eight national art exhibition. Published about a hundred works, and many times in Beijing Hanhai auction house auction, but also many times at home and abroad hold an exhibition. Published a personal painting “Zhang Junde ink figure painting.”
