心律平(propafenone)是新型抗心律失常药物,属Ic 型.对新生时期心脏的电生理效应尚未肯定,目前仅限于成年人及成年犬的研究.本文研究心律平对新生犬心脏的电生理效应.
Propafenone is a new type of anti-arrhythmic drug, which belongs to type Ic.The electrophysiological effect on the heart during the neonatal period has not been confirmed yet and is currently limited to adult and adult dogs.This paper studies the electrophysiological effects of cardiac rhythm on the heart of newborn dogs .
