食管癌的三维适形放疗与束流调强放疗正日益受到肿瘤治疗临床与放射物理界的关注。本文综合国内外最新研究结果就目前食管癌的适形放疗计划的评价指标,以及三维适形和束流调强放疗各参数及计划的优化与评价作一综述。
Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and beam-to-beam radiation therapy of esophageal cancer are increasingly concerned by the clinical and radiophysical community. This review summarizes the current research findings at home and abroad on the current evaluation criteria of conformal radiotherapy for esophageal cancer, as well as the optimization and evaluation of three-dimensional conformal and beam-modulated radiation therapy parameters and plans.
