亚胺硫磷、敌百虫与杀虫畏分别代表高、中、低毒的有机磷杀虫剂。前两者对小鼠骨髓细胞有弱致突变作用。本文旨在阐明这三种杀虫剂在人的淋巴细胞培养物上所呈现的细胞遗传作用。所用血液取自一名临床上健康、未与致突变物接触过的献血者。于培养3小时后加入杀虫剂。杀虫剂的浓度有三种:Ⅰ为细胞中毒浓度,其中亚胺硫磷与敌百虫各为20mg/ml,杀虫畏为10mg/ml;Ⅱ、Ⅲ为无细胞中毒浓度,三者在Ⅱ中的浓度均为2.0在 mg/ml Ⅲ中均为0.02mg/ml。每一浓度观察400~700个人淋
