目的:检测水通道蛋白1(AQP1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在乙肝相关性肝癌组织和血清中的表达,旨在探讨其与乙肝相关性肝癌发生、发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化(SP)及酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测62例肝癌患者组织和血清中AQP1和VEGF的表达。结果 :AQP1和VEGF在肝癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于对照组,与患者年龄、性别无关;与病TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度、有无淋巴转移有关。肝癌组血清AQP1和VEGF浓度明显高于对照组。结论:乙肝相关性肝癌患者组织和血清中存在AQP1和VEGF的高表达,说明其可能在肝癌发生、发展中起着作用。血清中AQP1和VEGF的检测对肝癌临床预后判断有一定参考价值。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of aquaporin 1 (AQP1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in hepatitis B-associated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and serum in order to explore the relationship between AQP1 and the occurrence and development of hepatitis B-related HCC. Methods: Immunohistochemistry (SP) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to detect the expression of AQP1 and VEGF in tissues and serum of 62 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Results: The positive expression rate of AQP1 and VEGF in HCC tissue was significantly higher than that in the control group. It was not related to the age and gender of the patients. It was related to the TNM stage, tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis. The serum AQP1 and VEGF concentrations in the liver cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: There is high expression of AQP1 and VEGF in tissues and serum of patients with hepatitis B associated liver cancer, indicating that it may play a role in the occurrence and development of liver cancer. The detection of serum AQP1 and VEGF has certain reference value for the clinical prognosis of liver cancer.
