由上海农学院殷戎一副教授等人研制成功的新型食用菌制种消毒剂,取代了传统的食用菌制种消毒剂——甲醛和高猛酸钾,具有无毒无害,无腐蚀性的特点,对人体无任何副作用。采用这种新型消毒剂在净化环境的条件下,还可以使食用菌制种脱离原来的箱体,在室内进行开放式接种,从而简化制种工艺,减轻劳动强度,提高工效,降低生产成本。接种时采用新型消毒剂,对食用菌菌丝的抑制作用小,菌丝萌发速度快。经国家卫生部和国家专利局核准,进行大批量生产,在全国菇区大面积的推广应用取得了良好的效果。
