辽宁省在振兴老工业基地过程中,如何在更大范围和规模上主动接受新一轮国际产业的转移,加速工业化、国际化、现代化的进程,以适应经济全球化和区域经济一体化不断深入发展的挑战,实现区域经济一体化的“共赢”之路,是辽宁在开放中振兴老工业基地必须认真思考的问题。东北亚经济区是世界经济的重要组成部分,也是当今世界经济最具活力的地区,同时也是辽宁重要的经贸地区,这一地区在辽宁老工业基地振兴中将发挥至关重要的作用。为此,本刊发表一组就辽中七城在振兴老工业基地的规划、发展及加强辽中七城区域合作的稿件,以飨读者。
