目的 观察实验性糖尿病大鼠的神经功能与神经山梨醇变化及中药黄腐酸钠对其影响。方法 腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病大鼠模型。给予黄腐酸钠防治 6个月后 ,测定大鼠的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、神经山梨醇含量 ,利用热痛测试仪及热板试验测定痛阈变化。结果 (1)黄腐酸钠治疗未显示降血糖作用。 (2 )糖尿病非治疗组热痛缩腿反应潜伏期 (6 .43± 0 .48)秒明显缩短 ,热板试验显示在非伤害性温度下 (4 0℃ )即出现痛觉反应 ,44℃时每分钟缩腿回避次数 (3 .42± 0 .5 9)次 /分 ,较正常组 (0 .88± 0 .36 )次 /分明显增多 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;神经山梨醇 (2 79.0 3± 6 3.37)nmol/mg显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (3)糖尿病治疗组热痛缩腿反应潜伏期 (7.5 6± 0 .46 )秒 ,较糖尿病非治疗组明显延长 ,热板试验 44℃下每分钟缩腿回避次数显著减少 ,从 (3 .42± 0 .5 9)次 /分降至 (2 .40± 0 .5 1)次 /分 ;神经山梨醇明显下降 ,(16 3 .45± 13 .2 4)nmol/mg ,低于未治疗组 ,接近非糖尿病对照组水平 (15 2 .6 0± 2 6 .5 0 )nmol/mg。 (4 )神经山梨醇与血糖、糖化血红蛋白呈显著正相关 ;热痛缩腿反应潜伏期与血糖、糖化血红蛋白、神经山梨醇呈显著负相关。结论 糖尿病时存在痛觉过敏和神经山梨醇异常 ;二者与高血糖状态?
Objective To observe the changes of neurological function and sorbitol in experimental diabetic rats and the effect of sodium fulvate on it. Methods Diabetic rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. After giving sodium fulvate for 6 months, the blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and sorbitol content of the rats were determined. The changes of pain threshold were measured by the thermal pain tester and hot plate test. Results (1) Sodium fulvate did not show hypoglycemic effect. (2) The response time of heat contraction in diabetic non-treatment group was significantly shorter (6.443 ± 0.48) s, hot plate test showed no pain reaction at non-injury temperature (40 ℃) Min (3.42 ± 0.59) times / min, which was significantly higher than that of the normal group (0.88 ± 0.36) times / min (P <0.05) 2 79.0 3 ± 6 3.37) nmol / mg significantly increased (P <0.05). (3) The latency of response to heat contraction in diabetic group (7.5 6 ± 0.46) s was significantly longer than that in non-diabetic patients, and the number of avoidance reduction per minute at 44 ℃ in hot plate test significantly decreased from (3.42 ± 0.95) times / min to (2.40 ± 0.51) times / min; the neuronal sorbitol decreased significantly, (16.345 ± 13.24) nmol / mg, which was lower than that of the untreated Group, close to the non-diabetic control group level (15 2 .6 ± 2 6 .5 0) nmol / mg. (4) There is a significant positive correlation between sorbitol and blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin. The reaction latency of heat contraction leg has a significant negative correlation with blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and sorbitol. Conclusion There is hyperalgesia and sorbitol abnormalities in diabetes. Both of them are associated with hyperglycemia.
