在发展中国家,常发生一些经水传播的传染病,保证饮用水不受污染就显得十分重要。水检是发现水源污染的手段,计算每100毫升水中大肠菌类细菌最近似值的 MPN 方法是常用的一种可靠方法。但是它需要一定的技术和实验室设备,取得结果需要72小时,因此很需要一种简便易行的方法。这里我们就介绍一种较简便的水检方法,它对当前开展的国际饮水供应和环境卫生十年活动(1980—1990年)具有一定的意义。材料和方法试验用培养基的制备:
In developing countries, some water-borne infectious diseases often occur and it is important to ensure that drinking water is not contaminated. Water testing is a means of detecting water pollution. The most commonly used MPN method for calculating coliform bacteria per 100 milliliters of water is a reliable method. But it takes some technical and laboratory equipment and takes 72 hours to get the result, so an easy way is needed. Here, we will introduce a simpler water inspection method that is of some significance to the current International Decade for Drinking-water Supply and Sanitation (1980-1990).
