利用力学振动系统和电路之间的类比原理,给出了均质细杆纵振动的等效机械网络图。采用机械阻抗分析方法,建立了超声变幅器的输入阻抗和变幅比的数学表达式,讨论了不同负载阻抗下超声变幅器的振动性能,分析了超声变幅器的变幅比与换能器辐射阻抗之间的关系及应用条件。文中给出的结果,同样适合于分析复合超声变幅器,因此可为设计高效能的超声变幅器提供理论参考。
By using the principle of analogy between mechanical vibration system and circuit, an equivalent mechanical network diagram of longitudinal vibration of homogeneous thin rod is given. The mechanical impedance analysis method was used to establish the mathematical expressions of the input impedance and the amplitude ratio of the ultrasonic horn. The vibration performance of the ultrasonic horn under different load impedances was discussed. The amplitude ratio and the change of the ultrasonic horn were analyzed. The relationship between the radiation impedance of an energy device and its application conditions. The results given in this paper are also suitable for the analysis of composite ultrasonic horn, so it can provide theoretical reference for the design of high performance ultrasonic horn.
