目的CD+4T细胞、CD-8细胞以及NK细胞杀伤活性在炎性脱鞘性神经病中的变化规律和意义。方法分离外周单核淋巴细胞,采用APAAP法研究T细胞亚群、LDH释放试验检测NK细胞活性。结果。AIDP发病初期CD4+T细胞为主.在疾病的恢复期以CD8-T细胞为主,NK细胞的活性早于T细胞亚群的改变。CIDP病人CD+8T细胞远远超过CD-4T细胞,在整个临床疾病过程中NK细胞活性持续较低。结论,AIDP和CIDP存在着不同的免疫损伤机制在疾病的不同时期CD4+T和CD8-T细胞发挥了不同的作用,NK细胞可能具有重要的调节作用。
Objective To study the regularity and significance of the changes of cytotoxic activity of CD + 4T cells, CD-8 cells and NK cells in inflammatory degenerative neuropathy. Methods Peripheral mononuclear lymphocytes were isolated and the T cell subsets were studied by APAAP method. The activity of NK cells was detected by LDH release assay. result. CD4 + T cells are predominant in the early stage of AIDP. CD8-T cells are predominant in the recovery phase of the disease, and NK cell activity precedes changes in T cell subsets. CD + 8T cells in CIDP patients far outnumber CD-4T cells and continue to have low NK cell activity throughout the course of clinical disease. Conclusions There are different mechanisms of immunological damage in AIDP and CIDP. CD4 + T and CD8-T cells play different roles at different stages of the disease, and NK cells may play an important regulatory role.
