群体间的巨大差异性是中职学生的一大特点。中职学生的数学基础知识、基础技能参差不齐,有部分学生甚至远远未达到初中数学教学大纲的要求,以致于不能很好的适应中职的数学学习,导致数学的学习困难,使得中职数学的教学难度加大。为了能使学生尽快适应新的学习,本文着重探讨利用“分组教学”的教学模式,通过调整教学目标、教学内容、学习方式、教学方式、考核方式来提高学生的数学学习信心、学习兴趣,学习积极性,从而改善中职学生数学学习的不良现况。
