日本三菱汽车公司生产的帕杰罗V31、V33越野车由于设计不当，造成制动油管漏油，刹车失灵，导致一起起恶性交通事故。国家出入境检疫局发布紧急公告指出，由于日本三菱公司生产的帕杰罗V31、V33越野车存在严重安全质量隐患，决定吊销其进口商品安全质量许可证书并禁止其进口。
