生长激素(GH)缺乏症的诊断是由放射免疫法(RIA)测定刺激后的血中GH或连续24小时静脉血标本作出的。本文作者报告4名健康非肥胖儿童用RIA测定血中GH明显缺乏,而其生长速率则正常,故诊断为难测性生长激素综合征。 4名受检儿童年龄为6.2至13.9岁。其中1名诊断为肢端肥大症,另3名均因身材矮小而诊断为GH缺乏,4名儿童身高分别为同年龄正常儿童身高的第95、5、10和25百分位数,其骨龄均落后实际年龄2岁。其中2名进行精氨酸-胰岛素低血糖刺激试验,用RIA法检测,GH峰值≥10ng/ml。所有儿童均检测24小时GH值,RIA法检测GH值为1.0~1.7
The diagnosis of growth hormone (GH) deficiency is determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) of stimulated blood GH or continuous 24-hour venous blood samples.
