The long-standing “sit-up” suggestion has been subverted by a new research institute that suggests that leaning backwards is a better posture when sitting. The researchers analyzed the different sitting postures and concluded that the fatigue caused by sitting back and sitting upright for a long time is the culprit for chronic back problems.
