高血压的诊断与治疗传统上依据医师在办公室测定的血压读数,但确不能反应个体血压的真实水平,无创伤性动态血压监测(ABPM)为正确地诊断高血压和更深入地高血压研究提供了十分有效的手段。笔者就本地区成人动态血压昼夜变化规律进行初探。1 临床资料 随机选择大内科各系统住院病人410例,男性288例,女性122例,年龄28~84岁,平均52.8岁。其中24小时监测如平均收缩压≥18kpa和(或)平均舒张压≥13kpa为A组,血压正常者为B组。
