In order to enhance the efficiency of enterprises, scholars pay close attention to the influence factors of customer repeated purchase intention. This article focuses on the influential factors of promotional gifts, reviewing previous studies to specifically explore the impact of promotional gifts in three aspects on the customer repeat purchase intention.
