原上海怡和纱厂厂房是一幢历史保护建筑,为使其能够继续使用,需要对其进行合理改造。在现场检测结果的基础上进行了结构分析,结果表明:原结构和改造方案中部分构件不能满足承载力或延性的要求。为此,采用增大截面、外包钢、粘贴碳纤维布等方法进行了加固设计,并分析了后继施工过程对于改造加固后结构的影响。所提出的改造和加固设计方案能有效地保护该历史建筑,同时可以满足新生产工艺的要求。所采用的方法可以为相关领域研究或工程实践提供参考。
The former Shanghai Jardine Mill Factory is a historic protected building that needs to be reworked to allow it to continue its use. The structural analysis is carried out on the basis of the test results in the field. The results show that some components in the original structure and the modification scheme can not meet the requirements of bearing capacity or ductility. Therefore, the reinforcement design was made by the methods of increasing the section, outsourcing steel and attaching the carbon fiber cloth, and the influence of the subsequent construction process on the structure after modification and reinforcement was analyzed. The proposed renovation and reinforcement design can effectively protect the historic building, at the same time to meet the requirements of new production technology. The method used can provide reference for the research or engineering practice in related fields.
