研究以O_2,O~20%,CO_2,O~10%气调贮藏的效应。试验选用4~6个果实,温度为-5~40℃于干燥器内进行,乙烯的形成随O_2浓度的降低而减少,O_2低于2.5%时尤为显著;随CO_2浓度的提高增强对乙烯形成的抑制作用。乙烯形成量最高是当温度30℃时,随温度的降低而减少。对富士苹果三年的进一步试验结果表明,低压贮藏(气压约10%)将会使果实酸度的增加受到抑制。
The effects of O 2, O ~ 20%, CO_2 and O ~ 10% were studied. In the experiment, 4 to 6 fruits were selected and the temperature was -5 ~ 40 ℃ in the desiccator. The formation of ethylene decreased with the decrease of O 2 concentration, especially when O 2 was less than 2.5%. The formation of ethylene was enhanced with the increase of CO 2 concentration Inhibition. The highest ethylene formation is at a temperature of 30 ° C, decreasing with decreasing temperature. Further tests on Fuji apples for three years showed that low pressure storage (pressure about 10%) will inhibit the increase of fruit acidity.
