行业高职院校与行业之间的紧密联系决定其特点与普通高职院校不同,所以在辅导员的队伍建设上也应当匹配,笔者认为其更加突出职业素质教育的特色,需要行业高职学院该加强双师型辅导员队伍的打造。一、行业高职院校辅导员队伍双师型建设的必要性行业性高职院校是紧紧依靠行业存在且服务行业发展,不仅在专业的设置,学生的专业实践能力培养上要偏向技术型人才,在辅导员队伍的建设上也应当倾向于双师型建设才能更好的打造行业性高职的专业建设和人才培养。
