视网膜母细胞瘤是最常见的儿童眼内肿瘤。由于放射治疗导致外观发育不全[1,2]和诱发肿瘤风险[3],因此外照射不再是治疗视网膜母细胞瘤的首选。随着计算机技术的进步和影像学的发展,放射治疗经历体表解剖定位阶段、骨性解剖定位阶段,发展为基于三维影像重建而实施定位、计划、照射时代。现代放疗技术减少了正常组织的照射剂量,外照射治疗视网膜母细胞瘤的价值需重新认识[4]。
Retinoblastoma is the most common childhood intraocular tumor. Radiation therapy is no longer the first choice for the treatment of retinoblastoma due to the appearance of hypoplasia [1,2] and the risk of developing cancer [3]. With the progress of computer technology and the development of imaging, radiation therapy has undergone surface anatomical positioning phase and bony anatomical positioning phase, and has been developed into the era of positioning, planning and irradiation based on three-dimensional image reconstruction. Modern radiotherapy techniques reduce the dose of normal tissue and the value of external beam irradiation for the treatment of retinoblastoma needs to be re-recognized [4].
