该试验通过对玉米芯代料栽培平菇 7种不同配方、 4种料水比、 3种原料处理方法和在配方中不使用多菌灵的研究分析 ,结果表明 ,用玉米芯为栽培基质与棉籽壳为栽培基质相比用水量差异较大 ,原料处理方法也不相同 ,前者的料水比为 1∶1 8,后者为 1∶1 2 ;应用旋耕机拌料既克服了原料浸泡或手工搓料的诸多缺点 ,又利于推广应用 ;在温度为 2 0℃以下的低温季节 ,发酵料不用多菌灵 ,污染率低于 10 % ;用玉米芯栽培平菇 ,选用合理配方 ,生物效率达 195 %左右。
