在振动隔离(隔振)和冲击隔离(隔冲)中阻尼起着十分重要的作用。由于二者的物理过程不同,故阻尼所起的作用也不一样,从而取值范围也不同。本文主要是结合有关文献,从理论上对积极隔振和积极隔冲中的阻尼作用进行分析,给出了对于积极隔振,阻尼比取0.1左右;对积极隔冲,阻尼比应在0.15—0.35,以供读者在从事振动和冲击隔离设计时参考。
Damping plays a very important role in vibration isolation (isolation) and in impact isolation (isolation). Due to the different physical processes of the two, the damping effect is not the same, so the range of values is also different. In this paper, we mainly analyze the damping effect of active vibration isolation and positive impact isolation in theory with the related literatures. The results show that for the positive vibration isolation, the damping ratio is about 0.1; for the positive isolation, the damping ratio should be in the range of 0.15-0.35, for readers to engage in vibration and shock isolation design reference.
