1997年12月9日,武汉市职工教育领导小组办公室与武汉市成人教育协会联合召开武汉市职工教育理论研讨会,表彰优秀论文作者,交流研究成果与心得,期以推动全市职工教育工作及其理论研究迈上一步新台阶。早在1997征5月,武汉市职工教育领导小组办公室就向各区县教委、各委办局和市直大单位发出通知,并提出17个事关当前职工教育难点和热点的参考选题,广泛征集论文。经过半年的认真准备与筛选,各单位如期报送了43篇论文参加评选。这些论文经过由各战线分管职工教育的领导与有关专家共同组成的17位评委的仔细审阅,逐篇评分,最后开会评议,投票汇
December 9, 1997, Wuhan City, the Office of Leading Group of Workers and Wuhan City Adult Education Association jointly held a seminar on staff education in Wuhan City, in recognition of outstanding authors, exchange of research findings and experiences, to promote the city’s workforce education and its Theoretical research to a new level. As early as May 1997, Wuhan City, the Office of Staff and Workers Leading Group to all districts and counties, the Board of Directors and the city directly under the unit issued a notice, and 17 issues related to the current difficulties and hot topics of employee education, a wide range of solicitation paper. After half a year of careful preparation and screening, all the units submitted 43 papers on time to participate in the selection. These essays have been carefully scrutinized by 17 judges composed of leaders and relevant experts who are in charge of staff education on all fronts, scored on a piece-by-piece basis, reviewed the final meeting, and voted on
