目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及对T-bet和GATA3的影响。方法选取2013年5月—2014年5月井冈山大学附属医院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿80例,根据治疗方式不同分为试验组与对照组,各40例。两组患儿均予以基础治疗,对照组患儿予以布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,试验组患儿予以孟鲁司特钠治疗。观察两组患儿临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标〔第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)〕和T-bet、GATA3变化情况、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患儿总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿FEV1、FEV1/FVC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患儿FEV1、FEV1/FVC高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿T-bet、GATA3比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患儿T-bet高于对照组,GATA3低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿均未发生严重不良反应。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效显著,可改善患儿肺功能,抑制GATA-3表达,增强T-bet表达,且不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma and its effects on T-bet and GATA3. Methods Eighty children with cough variant asthma admitted from May 2013 to May 2014 in Jinggangshan University Affiliated Hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group according to different treatment methods. Both groups were given basic treatment, while those in control group were treated with inhaled budesonide, while those in test group were treated with montelukast sodium. The clinical curative effect, the pulmonary function indexes (FEV1, FEV1 / FVC) and changes of T-bet and GATA3 before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Adverse reactions occurred. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the FEV1 and FEV1 / FVC between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05) The FEV1 and FEV1 / FVC in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in T-bet and GATA3 between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05) The T-bet in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, but GATA3 in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Montelukast sodium treatment of children with cough variant asthma clinical significant effect, can improve lung function in children, inhibit GATA-3 expression, enhance the expression of T-bet, and less adverse reactions.
