目的对《临床核医学放射卫生防护标准》(GBZ 120-2006)中可能产生污染的内容商榷。方法《电离辐射防护与放射源安全基本标准》(GB 18871-2002)相关规定与GBZ 120-2006相对照。结果发生可能污染之处未能把GB 18871-2002中辐射防护基本要求在GBZ 120-2006中体现。结论应适时对GBZ 120-2006中工作场所选址、布局、分区、污染水贮存排放与监测按GB 18871-2002要求进行修订。
Objective To discuss the possible pollution in the Radiation Protection Standards of Clinical Nuclear Medicine (GBZ 120-2006). The relevant provisions of the “Basic Standards for Safety of Ionizing Radiation Protection and Radioactive Sources” (GB 18871-2002) are compared with those of GBZ 120-2006. As a result of the possible pollution occurred failed to GB 18871-2002 in the basic requirements of radiation protection embodied in GBZ 120-2006. Conclusion GBZ 120-2006 in the workplace should be timely the location, layout, zoning, storage and discharge of contaminated water and monitoring according to the requirements of GB 18871-2002 revised.
