动式吸入染毒中毒柜中毒物浓度,在动物染毒期间需要经常进行测定。国内目前比较先进的办法,用注射器从中毒柜中取出一定量的毒气后,用人工的办法,将毒气注入气相色谱仪进行测定。慢性染毒实验,每天需要给动物染毒6—8小时,如每小时测定一次,则需要6次,如每半小时测定一次,则需要测定12次,这样就需要一名专职人员负责这项工作。浪费人物力较大,为加速四化的步伐,急需进行改进。经我们反复实验,采用自动进样方法代替手工进样方法,进行测定,初步得到较为深意的效果,现介绍如下。
