对CuZnAl形状记忆合金的超塑性进行了研究。在700℃及ε=795×10-4s-1时测到的总延伸率最大(420.5%)。在不同的温度和应变速率下,测到了m-k-δ曲线,分别呈mL=mmin型的基本形式,上升式和下降式。应用CL方程对各式曲线进行了计算,获得了各式曲线的全部特征参数。
The superplasticity of CuZnAl shape memory alloy was studied. The total elongation measured at 700 ° C and ε = 795x10-4s-1 was the largest (420.5%). At different temperatures and strain rates, m-k-δ curves were measured, showing the basic form of mL = mmin, ascending and descending, respectively. All kinds of curves were calculated by CL equation, and all the characteristic parameters of all kinds of curves were obtained.
