为了解砷对大鼠子代免疫功能的影响,本研究采用了两代一窝繁殖试验的方法,观察了暴露于As2O3大鼠子代免疫功能的变化。结果显示:在75mg/L的高剂量As2O3暴露组脾和胸腺的脏器系数明显低于对照组,血红蛋白和T淋巴细胞数显著降低,炭粒廓清速率的廓清指数和吞噬指数也明显低于对照组;而在低剂量和中剂量As2O3暴露组其免疫学指标的改变则不明显。说明砷可以通过胎盘屏障,高剂量的砷对大鼠子代的免疫功能有明显的抑制作用
In order to understand the effect of arsenic on the immune function of offspring in rats, two generations of reproductive experiments were used to observe the changes of immune function in progeny of As2O3 rats. The results showed that the organ coefficient of spleen and thymus in 75mg / L high-dose As2O3 exposure group was significantly lower than that in control group, the hemoglobin and T lymphocyte numbers were significantly decreased, and the clearance index and phagocytic index of carbon clearance rate were also significantly lower than that of the control Group; however, the change of immunological indexes was not obvious in low dose and medium dose As2O3 exposure groups. Indicating that arsenic can pass the placental barrier, high doses of arsenic on rat offspring immune function was significantly inhibited
