将39枚非磁性异物(金属异物11枚,非金属异物28枚,其大小介于1.5mm×1mm×0.5mm~9mm×4.2mm×4.2mm)置入22只兔眼球壁行CT和MRI检查,评价CT和MRI对眼球壁异物的诊断价值。结果:SE序列T1WI、PDWI、T2WI、Flash2d序列和CT对39枚眼球壁异物的检出阳性率分别为39%、77%、82%、97%和80%。CT漏检的8枚异物分别是2枚干木块、2枚青枝柳条和4枚塑料,MRI则全部显示;Flash2d漏检的1枚铅异物(2mm×1mm×1mm),经CT确定。结果提示:CT和MRI均能有效地检出眼球壁异物,二者联合应用将提高眼球壁异物的检出率;MRIFlash2d序列是检出眼球壁异物的最佳序列
Thirty-nine non-magnetic foreign bodies (11 metal foreign bodies, 28 non-metallic foreign bodies, and their sizes ranging from 1.5 mm × 1 mm × 0.5 mm to 9 mm × 4.2 mm × 4.2 mm) CT and MRI examination, evaluation of CT and MRI on the diagnosis of foreign body ball wall value. Results: The positive rates of SE sequence T1WI, PDWI, T2WI, Flash2d sequence and CT were 39%, 77%, 82%, 97% and 80% respectively. The 8 foreign objects missed by CT were 2 pieces of dry wood, 2 pieces of green wicker and 4 pieces of plastic respectively, all of which were displayed by MRI. One lead foreign body (2mm × 1mm × 1mm) missed by Flash2d was confirmed by CT. The results suggest that both CT and MRI can effectively detect the foreign bodies in the wall of the eyeball, and the combination of the two can improve the detection rate of foreign bodies in the wall of the eyeball.
