YD-1型无色散原子荧光分析仪是一种新型分析仪器,可以测定痕量砷、硒、铋、碲、锑、锡、汞等元素。但该仪器原子化炉的温控电路过于简单,控温效果不好,温度常常大幅度波动,影响重复性和灵敏度;同时加热丝容易烧断。我们对仪器的温控电路作了改进,实现了原子化炉温度的自动控制和显示,加热丝的寿命也由几十小时提高到一年以上。
YD-1 is a new type of analyzer, which can trace arsenic, selenium, bismuth, tellurium, antimony, tin, mercury and other trace elements. However, the temperature control circuit of the instrument atomization furnace is too simple, temperature control effect is not good, the temperature often fluctuate greatly, affecting the repeatability and sensitivity; the same time the heating wire is easy to blow off. We improved the temperature control circuit of the instrument, realized the automatic control and display of the temperature of the atomizing furnace, and the life span of the heating wire also increased from several tens of hours to over one year.
