目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗急性冠状动脉综合征患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年7月至2016年7月灵山医院心内科收治的急性冠状动脉综合征住院患者110例,采用摸球法随机将其分为对照组与试验组,各55例。对照组患者单纯采用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,试验组采用阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布进行治疗,治疗2个月后对两组患者再发心肌梗死率、再发心绞痛率、不良反应发生情况、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。结果试验组患者再发心肌梗死率、再发心绞痛率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者血清TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在急性冠状动脉综合征治疗中采用阿伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗效果较为理想,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods A total of 110 hospitalized patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted from July 2014 to July 2016 in Department of Cardiology, Lingshan Hospital were randomly divided into control group and trial group with 55 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin alone. The patients in the trial group were treated with atorvastatin combined with ezetimibe. After 2 months of treatment, the rates of recurrent myocardial infarction, recurrence of angina pectoris, and adverse reactions occurred in both groups (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP). Results In the experimental group, the rates of recurrent myocardial infarction and recurrent angina were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of TC, LDL-C, hs-CRP The levels were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of atorvastatin and ezetimibe in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome is more effective and safe.
