跨国零售巨头凭借其强大的规模优势、技术优势、信息优势取得的市场支配地位,压缩了中国制造商的利润空间,影响了中国制造商的资本周转,从而进一步制约了中国制造业整体的技术创新和品牌建设投资,阻碍了产业的升级。为此,中国制造商需要构建战略联盟,增强议价能力;零售业需要进行供应链改造,为中国制造业产品的分销提供合适的渠道;政府应对跨国零售巨头的买方势力进行必要的规制。
Multinational retail giants, with their strong scale advantages, technological superiority and market dominance gained from information superiority, have squeezed the profit margins of Chinese manufacturers and have affected the capital turnover of Chinese manufacturers, further restricting the technological innovation of the Chinese manufacturing industry as a whole And brand building investment, hinder the upgrading of the industry. To this end, Chinese manufacturers need to build strategic alliances to enhance bargaining power; the retail industry needs to transform the supply chain to provide an appropriate channel for the distribution of manufacturing products in China; and the government should make the necessary regulation on the buyer power of transnational retail giants.
