2002年12月16日,求是杂志社红旗文稿编辑部和黑龙江省企业文化建设协会在哈尔滨联合召开“中国入世一年来企业发展的回顾与展望”研讨会。参加研讨会的有中共黑龙江省委常委、宣传部部长孙启文,求是杂志副总编辑朱峻峰,红旗文稿主编陈荻、副主编陈怀鹏,北京 WTO 事务研究咨询中心研究部主任刘英奎,哈药集团董事长刘存周、哈尔滨卷烟厂厂长王殿贵、哈尔滨轴承集团总经理刘恩时、牡丹江水利发电总厂党委书记王忠海、鹤北林业局局长邓恩元、华安工业集团宣传部部长王刃锋等同志。研讨会由中共黑龙江省委宣传部常务副部长商伯成主持。在研讨会上,孙启文部长、朱峻峰副总编辑作了主题讲话,刘英奎博士作了专题报告,哈尔滨企业界代表结合本企业实际对加入 WTO 一年来的机遇和挑战作了回顾和展望。
On December 16, 2002, QiuZhi Magazine Red Flag Manuscript Editing Department and Heilongjiang Province Enterprise Culture Association held a seminar on “Review and Prospect of Business Development in China in One Year of WTO Accession” held in Harbin. Participants in the seminar included Sun Qiwen, the CPC Standing Committee member of Heilongjiang Provincial CPC Committee and Minister of Propaganda Department, Zhu Junfeng, deputy editor-in-chief of Qiu magazine, Chen Di, editor-in-chief of Red Flag and Chen Huai-peng, associate editor of Beijing Red Cross, Liu Yingkui, director of research department of Beijing WTO Affairs Research and Consulting Center, Liu Cunzhou, director of Harbin Cigarette Factory Wang Diangui, general manager of Harbin Bearing Group Liu En, Wang Zhonghai Mudanjiang Water Power Plant Party Secretary, the Secretary for Forestry of Hebei Province Deng En Yuan, Huaan Industrial Group Propaganda Department Wang Shui-feng and other comrades. Seminar by the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department Deputy Commerce Minister Shangbocheng chaired. At the seminar, Minister Sun Qifen and Deputy Editor-General Zhu Junfeng made keynote speeches. Dr. Liu Yingkui made a special report. Representatives of business community in Harbin reviewed and looked forward to the opportunities and challenges in the past year after joining WTO.
