机车车辆的轮对轴领部分在运行中磨耗量是很大的,进厂修理时,必须将磨耗的轴领部分堆焊,经过机械加工恢复其设计尺寸,以保证机车车辆的安全运行。我厂以前采用手工堆焊,效率低,劳动强度大,不能满足生产发展的需要。为此,组成了有领导干部、工人、技术人员参加的三结合小组,大搞技术革新,经过多次试验、终于实现了轴领二氧化碳气体保护焊自动堆焊。

After many tests, it finally achieved the automatic welding of carbon dioxide gas shielded welding of the shaft collar.
