本文首先对成本外部化进行理论分析,探索成本外部化的成因,对企业成本外部化进行机理分析,研究了企业成本外部化的路径及产生的效用,提出了利用成本外部化的正效用、避免负效用的建议,为我们政策制定提供理伦依据,为政府监督、企业的成本管理提供有效的方向性线索和指引。
In this paper, we first make a theoretical analysis of cost externalization, explore the causes of cost externalization, analyze the mechanism of externalization of enterprise costs, study the path and effect of externalizing enterprise costs, put forward the positive utility of using externalization of costs and avoid Negative effect of the proposal for our policy formulation to provide the rationale for Lennon, for government oversight, corporate cost management to provide effective direction clues and guidelines.
