在使用过氧化氢漂白热磨机械浆生产高附加值的出版印刷纸中,随着沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)用量的增加必须使用阳离子淀粉作为增强剂。然而,在机械浆中使用淀粉需要特别注意,因为其阳电荷会被制浆过程中产生的溶解与胶体物质中和。本实验比较了取代度(DS)相近的阳离子木薯淀粉和马铃薯淀粉对加填25%PCC效果的影响。结果显示,在阴离子垃圾含量较高的环境中,高取代度的木薯阳离子淀粉作为增强剂和助留剂比马铃薯淀粉更有效。
In the use of hydrogen peroxide bleached thermomechanical pulp for the production of high value-added publishing printing paper, cationic starch has to be used as an enhancer as the amount of precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) increases. However, the use of starch in mechanical pulp requires special attention because its positive charge can be neutralized by colloidal substances during dissolution in the pulping process. This experiment compared the effects of cationic tapioca starch and potato starch with 25% PCC on the degree of substitution (DS). The results showed that the cassava cationic starch with high degree of substitution was more effective than potato starch as enhancer and retention aid in environments with high anionic waste content.
