研究了创伤小鼠脾细胞白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的变化及其与抑制性T细胞(Ts)的关系。结果显示,创伤后IL-2产生减少,Ts数目增加,Ts活性增强,其中Ts活性与IL-2变化关系密切。创伤鼠脾细胞经去除Ts后,共IL-2生成能力恢复正常。提示创伤后Ts被激活,从而导致IL-2产生受抑。
To study the changes of interleukin-2 (IL-2) in spleen cells of trauma mice and its relationship with inhibitory T cells (Ts). The results showed that IL-2 production decreased, the number of Ts increased, the activity of Ts increased after trauma, and the activity of Ts was closely related to the change of IL-2. Traumatic murine splenocytes after removal of Ts, a total of IL-2 production capacity returned to normal. It is suggested that Ts is activated after trauma, leading to suppression of IL-2 production.
